Only a mentally sick person sees tribe or ethnicity in my comment

I mean I wrote simple English
it's very sad seeing people treating politics like a competition that one group must win irrespective of the consequences.
Nigeria politicians have made us think that election is an inter tribe/religion competition but at the end of the day when the suffering that comes with electing crooks comes, it selects no religion or tribe.
Today all tribes are suffering from insecurity. no place is safe in Nigeria and no tribe is safe.
today the hardship is being suffered by all tribes and religion.
today all Nigerian University are grounded no tribe left out or religion.

So why can't we rubbish these tribalism and elect competent hands since the effects will be enjoyed by all too.
time to ask ourselves this critical question.
these old crooks have been playing this game for ages and it has been working for them.
time to put a stop to it.
enough is enough.
a new political order must rise or else criminal politicians will sink us.
God bless us all.

2 Kings 7:1-20

Elisha said, “Listen to the message from the LORD! The ! The LORD says, ‘About this time tomorrow, there will be plenty of food, and it will be cheap again. A person will be able to buy a basket of fine flour or two baskets of barley for only one shekel in the marketplace by the city gates of Samaria.’” Then the officer who was close to the king answered the man of God. The officer said, “Even if the LORD made windows in heaven, this could not happen.” Elisha said, “You will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of that food.”

Then the people ran out to the Aramean camp and took valuable things from there. So it happened just as the LORD had said. A person could buy a basket of fine flour or two baskets of barley for only one shekel. There was one officer who always stayed close by the king to help him. The king sent this officer to guard the gate, but the people knocked him down and trampled him, and he died. So everything happened just as the man of God had said when the king came to Elisha’s house. Elisha had said, “A person will be able to buy a basket of fine flour or two baskets of barley for only one shekel in the marketplace by the city gates of Samaria.” But that officer had answered the man of God, “Even if the LORD made windows in heaven, this could not happen!” And Elisha had told the officer, “You will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of that food.” It happened to the officer just that way. The people knocked him down at the gate and trampled him, and he died.

Aww yes threaten me with biblical verses- Israel where the plot of the Bible originated from is not praying all day expecting miracles without making sound economic policies to better the country - Yes, Israel of 2022 is not waiting for mana to drop from the sky before she feed her citizens. Yes, Israel of 2022 has a world class Navy and is not waiting for a biblical Moses to stretch his staff to part the red sea. Yes, Israel of 2022 is not sending her soldiers to march round the walls of Jericho blowing just trumpets and expecting it to fall down flat, but having the best fighting force with bunker-bursting bombs and artillery fire power, better than any single country or combined countries of the whole of the middle east.. I can go on and on to explain to readers here the basis of your foolishness-

Yes, you are free to hate doubters like me, because I do not buy in to your blind optimism without empirical value, quoting ancient biblical scripts that sooth your narrative BUT ignoring the part of the scriptures that says “Faith without work is dead” … and many simple instances where the bible admonished us to manage our expectations.

My God is not a magician. He shows up and helps us when genuinely we are helpless and we have done everything possible to help ourselves and failed. But we can not ridicule our heavenly father’s love by being docile, lazy, over ambitious and over expectant when we are not putting in the work to get things done.

Obi will be better than Buhari, no doubt. He may be the best president since the inception of the 4th republic which started in 1999, but to expect that in 8 years of a potential Obi administration , we can make $1 to be N1 when the rot and decay on our economy that created that disparity is so devastating is simply expecting too much and making a mockery of biblical miracles.

Nigeria has been on economic decline since IBB’s SAP policy of 1986 when the Naira started losing value against the US Dollar. So, telling me Obi will revert that 37 year down trend in 8 years is pushing our luck to far and asking for too much - The reasons why the dollar appreciated significantly over the naira for almost 4 decades must be thoroughly addressed like developed countries do, not just praying it away, that’s voodoo economics!

For the naira to appreciate significantly against the dollar, there must be mass industrialization, curbing of massive corruption and wasteful spending, detoxification of our culture of “wealth without work”, exit from oil mono-economy, efficient distribution of electricity, security of lives and property, supremacy of law and order, financial accountability of public servants to the citizens, creation of social safety nets, mass influx of global investors and stopping all that rot and decay in governance, just to mention a few.

Obi may do his best but he can’t a achieve all that because Nigeria’s problem can’t be solved by one strong individual BUT strong institutions

Obi can set the ball rolling for the building of strong institutions that will thrive - I hope he can, and then we can build on that - Rescuing Nigeria the way it is today is more than what any democratically one elected leader can do in 8 years, maybe a dictator with ABSOLUTE powers can do that in 10 years!

Wonder why this voter's card regis can not be done fully online especially for those who have captured their biometrics via BVN, NIN , SIM Card, NIMC, Driver's Licence, etc
All that is needed is to link your data to existing NIN database.
They just like to suffer people not that they even have adequate equipments. Such a failed country

Flattties are more interested in abusing tinubu and hailing saint Obi online without taking practical step to get involved on electoral process. They will be busy watching BBN while others are voting claiming they can not queue for hours.

Very soon their carnival on social media is gonna be over. That's when the real game begins.
Tinubu deserves all the insults he is getting and will continue to get more throughout his entire natural life..... grin grin grin

Someone that gave us buhari deserves all the insults he can get..... grin grin

Someone that fakes his age deserves all the insults in this world...... grin grin
