There is a company named smartflow. They started atgs in Nigeria. The number of scams uncovered by deployment of atg when you can actually track the diesel in your facility tank.

The same way them dey divert petrol over border, they divert diesel. I have seen people in charge of base station security selling the diesel for the gen.
