I just created an account with Inec results viewing portal and I decided to check the results from previous election
I noticed that when you click on view results a blank page will show up and beneath a pdf file for download will be shown
I downloaded it
My question is whether the results load directly in the portal when click on because na only blank page I see apart from the heading on top of the page
