So Japan has a higher elevation than Lagos but it has experienced tsunamis which has never happened in Lagos. It has experienced earthquake which has never happened in Lagos and has handled it efficiently but ordinary 3 days rain all Lagos turns to river Niger and you are here talking about elevation. Is topography part of our discussion here? What did baba agbado do about the flood in Lagos when he knows that Lagos has "low elevation "? Is that not what we are talking about here? And besides, who brought in Japan here? You and your fellow tifnubu worshipper hamouston91: |

Oga, elevation has nothing to do with efficient management of crisis. Your guys claim tifnubu built Lagos from a desert to ultra modern city but forgot to build gutters to handle the flood in Lagos. You and your fellow tifnubu worshipper brought in Japan into the discuss and you turn around to claim Japan has high elevation yet your Lagos which tifnubu built has never seen earth quake nor tsunami nor nuclear disaster but you want to rub shoulders with the big boys.
