I checked the guy that beat Aruna Qadri, judging by his medal collection he appears to be better than Aruna but he is ranked way below Aruna at 32, while Aruna is ranked 15 in the world. Why is that?

Nigeria finished Silver in the XXVIII Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, losing to India in the final whilst England finished Bronze.

He lost to Garan Croft from Wales (in all 3 Rounds from the 5 Judges) in the Men's over 67-71kg (Light Middle).
