It is quite obvious that most you so called Obidient are blind followers.

If following Peter Obi and a well educated Northerner is being blind. What will you now call people following. Tinubu and Atiku? Please answer me

Is it 6.3 billion ASUU is asking for? Or should every sector collapse because ASUU is demanding for over a trillion Naira? Some people's brain needs factory reset.

This is the evil govt that claims there is no money to pay ASUU. Everyone can see where their priority lies.

This country is the way it is largely as a result of the Fulanis stranglehold on this country. The day we allowed quota system in place of merit, that was when Nigeria started dying. It won't get better until we remove them from decision making organs and enthrone meritocracy

You’re largely right! Only that Nigerias’ REAL problems started the day the Fulani got control of the entire political-economy of Nigeria after Ironsi was murdered! They used their soldiers who controlled things, via the barrel of the gun, to consolidate themselves in power and take over or control the commanding heights of the economy (particularly oyel and gas), and when they ‘handed over’ power in 1979 and 1999, they used the fraudulent constitutions the wrote to ensure proceedings carried on as normal….only this time it was under the guise of ‘democracy’ which the daft and gullible middlebelt and southern Nigeria bought hook-line-and-stinker as the saying goes! shocked

there is no such thing as biafran land..it is South east

secondly..if you dont need it in your land ..there are lands that needs it ..to ensure we dont run out of meats..
you dont need cows but definitely you eat meat.. if you dont..other easterners do..

dont complain when the ranches are outside the east..and business people have to buy the meat from other regions in order to satisfy the meat and diary demands of the east..which means they will be more expensive .. you can forbid cows but every easterner will not forbid meat and milk..think and dont be sentimental

besides the ranches isnt just tackling open grazing but it is improving security as it guarantees less lives being lost due to farmer herder clashes

lastly ..let be realistic...IPOB has literally been handled...and Kanu will never been released...IPOB is not stronger than a whole federal government...
it because most easterners know this is the truth and the days of Nnamdi Kanu are finally fading away...they are moving with the seasons and supporting Peter Obi...

such is life ..you can choose to live in denial ..that is your problem

You come off sounding just like the usual Igbo-hating Fulani ethno-religious supremacist! I don’t need to ask to know you’re NOT voting for Peter Obi!

Upon all the shit going on in your country, going to the ends of the earth….contravening international laws on the rendition of suspects while at it, just to kidnap Mazi Kanu, is una biggest priority!? Why does he scare you lot so much!?

it is folks like you that makes it look like the Obidient movement is an Igbo agenda... you will not die if you pilot #Obidient has a Nigerian movement for the sake of Nigerians which FYI includes the Fulanis and every tribe existing in Nigeria..

besides...I was quoting someone else not you..my intentions are not to wail about IPOB..the person i quoted is obviously an IPOB sympathetic fellow... you and I know they are fading away..even Nairaland is adjusting to time and seasons.. that is why you hardly see IPOB related issues on FP aside it is breaking.. you can choose to live in denial.. IPOB is fading away ..deal with it..it has nothing to do with Igbo as a tribe..

being against IPOB and it atrocities isnt the same as hating Igbo ..why will I hate my tribe.. Kanu and his group has done more harm than good in the SE...it is your business if you believe otherwise.. the hope is that Obi will damping some of the damages if he win...solve many of the problems in Nigeria

that is my hope ..but realistically speaking Obi has nothing much to offer as he hardly proffer realistic solutions to our problems rather he gives unnecessary statistics about other countries..
however he is lesser evil than tinubu..

If only u can stop reasoning from your anus before u talk, it will be appreciated, cattle rearing is a private business just like poultry, piggery, snail farming etc, most herders don't contribute any tax to govt but u want it to become govt duty to build ranches where herders can do their private biz, is that how u use your private biz to affect those around u? Those cattle they sell, who benefits from the proceeds? In a sane society, we won't even be talking about this farmers-herders clashes becos both are private businesses, if i want to open a poultry, i have to bear the cost, herders should build their ranches and rear their cattles in peace, its not govt duty to do it.
Cognitivereason:

but when those cattles are on the street or in farm lands eating people's crops you will open your mouth and shout...why you all confused...you dont want open grazing..now the FG is funding ranches (ruga) to solve the problem and reduce farmer herder clash..you are still complaining

ASUU strike has barely killed people ...farmer herder clashes has wasted thousand of souls .. there is no comparison here

will you choose ASUU strike over your safety and farms if you have one

the FG needs to task states who are given these money to judiciously utilize it for the ranches.. then it will be easy to obliterate any cattle outside the ranches or grazing openly

I would have preferred if the FG handle the construction of these ranches..but confused and daft Nigerians will say fulani agenda ..I can bet my ass that these states receiving the funds will loot it

the bolded alone is proof that you have no clue about what is causing the farmer herder clash and the realities of the situation

anyways... india did the same thing years ago.. today India is the world largest exporter of beef and milk in the world..yes i said world largest..they battled with cows roaming abouts and farmer-herder clashes.. inshort indians had religious superstitions about cows

...their government independently handled the construction of large ranches at the early stage..today india supplies the highest amount of beef and milk in the world.. i guess they reasoned through their anus.. if ranches were private business why did their government step.. understand the dynamics of every business before you talk...

this is not just me blabbing ..I am making references to other countries who suffered the same issues and solved it using the same methods..

Go and read up the herder crisis in India

peace

Obi will not pay farmers too...it makes no sense

what is needed to end the crises is to isolate the cows in ranches

the figure quoted us not given to any herder ..but to build ranches to keep the cows outside the farms

Did I ask anyone to pay farmers? I bet you if the farmers are fulanis, they will provide solutions for them.

farmers lives are actually more important than ASUU strike

the cows are not the problem , the clashes that occur due to cows invading farm lands to eat out of ignorance is the problem..

the solution is that open grazing must be forbidden...but you cannot eradicate open grazing without having ranches.. the ranches need to built and the cows moved in before you can properly implement it..

that is why you have states like Edo, benue, Ogun etc...where open grazing has been banned but cows still roam about bushes simply because there are no ranches to accommodate them..

I am also a student..I will not choose solving an issue that has killed many poor souls especially in Benue ane Plateau state.. than ASUU strike

ASUU has been striking since history..this particular strike isnot special they will call it off and strike after 2 years or so and the cycle continues...

let use our brains ..dont compare human lives to ASUU strike..
go to benue state...see how people are starving becauses they cannot go to farms over fears to being killed...the ones that go...eventually make loses due to livestocks eating their crops..

most lecturers are literally chilling because many of them have multiple jobs...I know many lecturers that dont want the strike to end..some come on NL to brag because of how their businesses are booming...can you say the same for many farmers

Are you alright? You sound incredibly inept.

Herdsmen we’re emboldened by Buhari. As soon as he’s out of office, if it’s not a Fulani sympathetic that comes in, they’ll reset their brain. I grew up in Benue state so don’t tell me to Google. I have lived experience. Cattle Ranch should be law. But it is not for FG to sponsor. A country that does not value education is always at the bottom of all indexes and here you are, not bringing any solution but justifying misappropriation of funds.
