What if there are growing there as their natural habitat, I have seen mangoes, pawpaw etc sprouting out on their own once a land is allowed to fallow.

Cannabis is legalized in some countries. Canada is making huge revenues from the cannabis market. I remember the last time Akeredolu brought up an idea of his state legalizing cannabis and exporting it but the FG shut down the idea. There is nothing wrong with planting cannabis and selling it. All these politicians are heavy weed smokers also.
