Muhammad bn salman has made so many amendments to Saudi rules over the years. The crown prince administration make using of hijab a choice since 2019 nd not compulsory. Even though using of hijab nd Abayah is saudi dress code initially but the crown prince had bn given ladies some freedom lately. Like b4 ladies don't drive nw they can. And no Islamic law is enforce toward minor until the child start reaching adolescent stage. Here in Nigeria our parents only make sure we are familiar with the Islamic way of life because we live in a country of mixture of faith nd full of western culture. It will b difficult for children that had b n wearing mini skirt to switch to Abayah when grown here but there in Saudi they have there laws shari'a which is strictly follow. Using of hijab isn't compulsory in Saudi any more so it a choice
