Are you now also saying, Jesus Christ meant, there is a sin that even God doesn't have the power to Forgive. If there is, then God supreme, is less supreme.
Isn't there a huge gap between "not having the power to" and "not wanting to do something at all"? undecided

a. The same God declared in His Old Covenant that those who blaspheme His name will not be forgiven... they should be put to death. Why is it suddenly a case of Him not having the power to forgive when He decrees, in His New Covenant, that those who blaspheme the Spirit of God/Spirit of Truth will not be forgiven? undecided

b. Was God more supreme in His Old Covenant decree regarding blasphemy than in His New Covenant declaration? undecided

A close look at the Gospel teachings regarding these reveals that it isn't an issue of powerlessness but of God simply decreeing that those guilty will not be forgiven by Him. undecided
1. Anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven now and at the time of the resurrection. undecided
31 “So I tell you, people can be forgiven for every sinful thing they do and for every bad thing they say against God. But anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
32 You can even speak against the Son of Man and be forgiven. But anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven—not now or in the future. - Matthew 12 vs 31 - 32
2. Anyone guilty of speaking against the Holy Spirit will always be guilty of that sin
28 “I want you to know that people can be forgiven for all the sinful things they do. They can even be forgiven for the bad things they say against God.
29 But anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven. They will always be guilty of that sin.”
30 Jesus said this because the teachers of the law had accused him of having an evil spirit inside him. - Mark 3 vs 28 - 30
3. Anyone guilty of speaking against the Spirit of God will not be forgiven. undecided
10 “Whoever says something against the Son of Man can be forgiven. But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. - Luke 12 vs 10

It is the Holy Spirit as well as your conscience(which is a product of your choices up to that time) that convicts you of sin.

If the Holy spirit departs from you, which can happen as a result of your sin against the holy spirit..Who then will make you realise that you have sinned and therefore needs forgiveness?

It is that sin that you commit that result in the Holy Spirit departing from you, and hence you losing a consciousness of sin, that is the sin against the Holy Spirit.

You cannot be forgiven, because you will not be aware that you have and will therefore not ask for forgiveness.

My take
You are 100% right. Unfortunately, this is the shoes i'm wearing right now. I wish i hadn't listened to the athiest in this forum. I desire forgiveness and restoration, but its difficult to find undecided

So what you are saying is that when Jesus Christ said He will never leave or forsake you, Jesus Christ lied? undecided

I very much doubt you have ever come close to being in the shoes described since the statement made by the one you responded to is a lie. undecided

Let me answer this question with a simple analogy. Jesus is the way to the Father. The Holy Spirit leads us along that way. Anyone who rejects or resists the leading of the Holy Spirit, has sinned against him. How can he be forgiven, since there is no other way to the Father. Therefore, the sin against the Holy Spirit is rejecting or resisting his leading.

Therefore, the sin against the Holy Spirit is rejecting or resisting his leading.
As Jesus Christ clearly explained in scripture to you, the Spirit of God also known as the Spirit of Truth, is the very same Spirit which lived and taught the Gospel from within His person. undecided
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. The only way to the Father is through me.
7 If you really knew me, you would know my Father too. But now you know the Father. You have seen him.” - John 14 vs 6 - 7
Jesus Christ, also promised His followers that the Spirit of Truth which He will ask the Father to give them will in no wise contradict Him in any way this since the Spirit will take from that which is Jesus Christ to teach to them all. undecided
25 “I have told you all these things while I am with you.
26 But the Helper will teach you everything and cause you to remember all that I told you. This Helper is the Holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name. - John 14 vs 25 - 26
Jesus Christ taught of how the Spirit of Truth, the Helper, would be sent to each of His followers from the Father and would bear witness about Him, Jesus Christ. undecided
26 “But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.
27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with me from the beginning.
He went on to further state that the Spirit of Truth is subject to Him, Jesus Christ, the Truth of God, in that the Spirit will only reveal that which is of Jesus Christ in order to bring glory to Jesus Christ alone, this by speaking that which of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God which is ruled over by Him, Jesus Christ. undecided
8 “When the Helper comes, he will show the people of the world how wrong they are about sin, about being right with God, and about judgment.
9 He will prove that they are guilty of sin, because they don’t believe in me.
10 He will show them how wrong they are about how to be right with God. The Helper will do this, because I am going to the Father. You will not see me then.
11 And he will show them how wrong their judgment is, because their leader[a] has already been condemned.
12 “I have so much more to tell you, but it is too much for you to accept now.
13 But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will lead you into all truth. He will not speak his own words. He will speak only what he hears and will tell you what will happen in the future.
14 The Spirit of truth will bring glory to me by telling you what he receives from me.
15 All that the Father has is mine. That is why I said that the Spirit will tell you what he receives from me. - John 16 vs 8 - 15
a. The Father will send the Spirit of Truth aka the Helper in the Name of Jesus Christ to those who live their lives in submission and obedience to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ.
b. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will teach the followers of Jesus Christ all things and bring to their remembrance all that Jesus Christ has taught.
c. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will bear witness about Jesus Christ to each of Jesus's own followers.
d. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will convict those who are in the world regarding sin, righteousness, and judgment.
e. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will guide each one of Jesus Christ's followers into all Truth for He will only speak of that which He hears of Jesus Christ and declare that which is to come concerning Jesus Christ(and His Kingdom)
f. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will glorify Jesus Christ, for He will take what belongs to Jesus Christ to declare to each of His followers
g. All that the Father has belongs to Jesus Christ and as such the Helper will teach to Jesus Christ's followers only that which is of Jesus Christ

What the above indicates is that only those who live their lives in submission and obedience to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ can experience the one who is the Spirit of Truth aka the Holy Spirit suggesting that only those who are already on the path of obedience can in fact blaspheme against Him. undecided
