Polaris Bank Has Been Completely Sold, CBN Names Major Investor One of the Nigerian commercial Banks, Polaris Bank has been completely sold. This was made known by Nigeria Apex bank, The Central Bank of Nigeria in a statement by the its Director, Corporate Communications, Osita Nwanisobi. In it, the CBN announced the new core investor in the bank as Strategic Capital Investment Limited.
