FreeStuffsNG: You guys are just hopeless, funny how the current leaders of Afenifere working with Ohaneze, Pandef and Middlebelt forum who have been consistent in their call for fairness made a decision. Your Tinubu went to bribe all the former position holders to get a jamboree endorsement and your here spewing trash... Na by bribery you god Tinubu go take rule Nigeria?from primaries to this shame. You guys are cursed to suffer, na Una children I pity. Sad beings. |

Isn't this getting interesting? Arewa and afenifere group were earlier discarded by APC spokesmen as inconsequential and irrelevant to aid their principal in the next presidential election only to seek endorsements from these same group! Desperation at its peak! |

plaindealer:What is wrong with you people? How can u allow one man's ambition to be scattering the culture of the Yoruba race? It was clearly publicised last year when fasoranti voluntarily stepped down as leader of the Afenifere and Adebanjo was immediately elected. If Fasoranti is now parading himself as a leader after over a year now because he wants to endorse Tinubu, that is clearly illegal. Why is everything about APC upside down? A party full of rascality, that do not follow orders and rule of law. Nawa o... And many of you supporting them dont even think. how can you be boldly supporting evil? Many of the things you fought against in 2015, you guys end up becoming and even worst. What kind of party and supporters be this? God should save us from you guys o

Eriokanmi: For the avoidance of any doubt, I do not support that the moniker should insult Pa Adebanjo. Having said that, the following statement credited to Pa Adebanjo has a lot of gravity and it is capable of further polarising Afenifere. “Tinubu bribed some people with little money to put up a show that there’s a division in Afenifere. I won’t engage him and those he gave money to because we have already made our position clear that Peter Obi is our candidate" - Pa Adebanjo. If you examine this statement you can draw the following inferences; (1) Pa Fasoranti alongside some Afenifere leaders were classified as "some people" therefore deligitimizing them as Afenifere (2) That these people (renowned Afenifere leaders in their own right) could only support any candidate of their choice except they were bribed. One would have expected that Baba Adebanjo to exercise better judgement than to further polarise the Afenifere socio-cultural group. The group has not fully recovered from the decision to choose Olu Falae ahead of Bola Ige as the Presidential Candidate of AD for the 1999 presidential election. People's right to side with candidates of their choices should never be queried. For instance, I know you as an Obi supporter, and I will defend your right to align with your candidate of choice if ever feel that your right is threatened. I pray that this misadventure ends here without Afenifere suffering additional self-inflicted injury. "Aabo oro la n so fun omoluwabi to ba d'enu e a di odindi" |

The truth is that Tinubu prepared and bribed his way in Ondo state to cause division in Afenifere. The same way he emerge as the APC presidential candidate. A leader truly ordained by God will NEVER bribe his way in. Let us tell ourselves the truth and never be biased in our judgement. |

abbey621: The two of them - Tinubu and Atiku - are in death's depature lounge, considering their health conditions. You ought to have understood that your campaign for Tinubu is not a campaign for a president from your Yoruba extraction to succeed President Buhari. You are unknowingly campaigning for a Kanuri Shettima to become president shortly after, if ever Tinubu succeeds president Buhari. Kanuri and Fulani adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws that gave rise to Boko Haram in the NE and Banditry in the NW. All are gunning for a Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws. Are there any Yoruba Muslims that can tolerate Islamic sharia criminal laws in Yoruba land? Shine your eyes. |

onuman: I'm not going to argue about what ifs and conspiracy theories, I am not God, so I don't know who will be alive tomorrow or not. All I'm asking you is whose turn is it? If it is injustice for Tinubu to be president then who does it justice between Atiku and him? This is the only choice in 2023 and only fools are deceiving themselves that there is another option. 1 Like |

Even Fasoranti and co didn't endorse Tinubu baba just prayed him. Prayer is not endorsement. That was how yoruba obas prayed for Gej in. 2015. abbey621: The same way you concluded that Obi will not be the next president of Nigeria, that's also the way Obi's people are copying you and saying: Tinubu will not be president of Nigeria. It then means Atiku is the only option left. See what Igbophobia is doing on you. |
