Atheists like to say there are no real scientists who believe in creationism. While there are many, meet Raymond Damadian, a Christian, and the inventor of the MRI scanner. He was also oddly snubbed for the Nobel prize among his peers. Sadly, Mr. Damadian passed away in August of 2022, but we can celebrate his marvelous achievement for science, and the lives he helped save in the process.

Christian Scientists are often blacklisted for their beliefs, as it goes against the grain of the scientific establishment.

Belshazzar: The second most powerful man in Babylon

Until the early 19th century, skeptics denied the existence of Belshazzar, infamous for receiving the original "writing on the wall" in Daniel 5.

They say he was made up by someone who knew nothing of Babylonian history, since Nabonidus was recorded as the last king of Babylon.

This changed in 1854 with the discovery of the first of many artefacts corroborating Belshazzar's existence, as well as explanations little details like why he could only offer Daniel the third highest position in the kingdom.

Today, no expert questions that this crown prince and co-regent existed. And while the skeptical types argue of alleged contradictions between the Biblical record and extrabiblical sources, these claims are not without solutions.

At the end of the day, these discoveries once again vindicate the record of the Bible. When no other known record spoke of Belshazzar, the Word of God spelled it out, and archaeology eventually caught up.

In June of 2021, an Egyptian farmer unearthed a stele (stone tablet) dedicated to the 26th Dynasty Pharaoh Wahibre Haaibre.
