The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has nullified the nomination of Mr. Chijioke Edeoga as the candidate of the Labour Party in Enugu state for the 2023 Governorship election.

Delivering judgment on the matter instituted by Captain Evarest Nnaji over his unlawful exclusion from the primary election of August 4, 2022, Justice Nkonye Evelyn Maha, on Wednesday, ordered a repeat of another primary election within 14 days.

Justice Maha said that the Labour Party failed to provide evidence of notice of the August 4 primary election which would have made all the Governorship aspirants of the party participate in the election.

Nnaji had gone to court to challenge the conduct of the gubernatorial primary election in Enugu state that excluded him.

Irked that the party played a fast one on him through unlawful exclusion from the primary election, Evarest Nnaji, popularly referred to as Odengene, approached the Abuja court to determine if his exclusion was lawful or not.

Nnaji sued the Labour Party and the INEC, asking among other things to recognise him as the authentic governorship candidate of the LP in Enugu state for the 2023 election or a repeat of the primary election that will include the three aspirants that were already issued with INEC nomination forms before the one-man primary election that produced Edeoga.

Already next Abia State Governor is coming from Labour Party, Ebonyi and Imo is Labour Party... hopefully Enugu will follow suite considering Ugwuanyi's poor performance in infrastructure and his love for confiscating people's land and property.

We understand Chimaraoke won't be going back to Senate, he knows his Nkanu candidate will loose the Governorship slot to Labour Party hence his tantrums.

Soludo would've been civil till after election to decamp to Labour Party, alas his foolishness will cause him his seat and retirement to d abyss of political irrelevance whilst he came.

President Obi has taken over!

Please, Dear INEC Nigeria..

We need you to add these three things in the to-do-lists of your results-management activities.

1. Configure the BVAS Device in such a way that the user of the device cannot see the number of accredited voters until he clicks that the election had ended..

And also configure the device to automatically transmit the number of Accredited Voters to the Central Collation and to the IREV Portal, immediately the BVAS-Device-USER clicks that the Election has ended..

That is, by the time the user is getting to see the number of accredited voters that were captured in that device, the figures are already online waiting for him.

2. After uploading the result of the Polling-Units, please also carry us along by uploading all the other collated results in the Wards, LGAs, And States too..

So that, if there were errors which they corrected along the way (either at the ward levels, LGA levels, or State Levels), we can also see those corrections too and appreciate them for such good works.

3. In your final results declaration, please include the total number of cancelled Polling-Units and the affected number of Registered Voters - (this will help us know whether the Judgements of the returning officers were right or wrong - with regards to inconclusiveness of the election)

--- Remember that cancelled votes is totally different from voided votes.
Voided Votes COUNTED, but they counted as NOTHING..
But Cancelled Didn't Count At All..

Thus, we need to also know those number of Polling-Units where votes didn't count, and the total number of registered voters that were affected.

You see the reason why HE Soludo, as the de facto leader of APGA , should be vigilant and fight for his political future so that Obi's surrogates do not hide under lp to snatch away National Assembly seats and other seats from APGA Candidates.
LP can never win the Presidency but some lazy politicians want to hide under the Nzobbu Nzobu of Obi to snatch elective posts from APGA. It will be naive and outright foolish for Soludo to lose APGA National Assembly seats to a mushroom party in a state APGA is the ruling party.

Tinubu...part of APC, which messed up for 7-8 years...which is enough for me. And even then, Lagos is not really better than before

Atiku...part of PDP...and part of the people who brought in APC.

Obi...part of PDP, and also has his issues.

To be honest, I won't vote for any one of them, and I am not going to. But the thing is , most of my social circle think Obi is the answer...and they are very enthusiastic about him, and most of them are not Igbos.
