Just learnt that Ocean City has been closed down cos of Hurricane Irene alert and the weather has been acting very funny today with the rains, all the same, i don pack all my very important documents and i am on the Red Alert, i trust my legs very well whenever them blow whistle.

Is Ocean city not in Maryland?

Nwanne, Ocean city is in Maryland and has been closed for preventive measures since Maryland is close to Virginia which is the path the Hurricane would follow and also a DC metro area, Virginia Beach which is in Virginia has been closed and Mandatory evacuations have been ordered in Sandbridge.

If you live anywhere in the states that falls between the violet and the light yellow portions on the attachment, you need to get out (hell, might be kinda late to get out) or just stay indoors and away from dem skyscrapers. Or better yet come home to 9ja like I did and follow us deal with our man made natural disaster (PDP, AKA People Disaster Party)
