next time fear strike. fools

if buhari pays them that 8months salary i will not vote APC

Whether he pays or doesn't pay, no patriotic and sand mind will vote APC!

This strike issue was poorly and badly handled... It shouldn't even have lingered as long as it did if the FG saw tertiary education as a top priority.

After failing to honour their agreement, they want to punish ASUU for going on strike. Senseless irresponsible government.
Well I have learned to always think before talking or reacting.

ASUU needs to be thought a lesson
They deliberately go on useless strikes because federal government ends up paying them for the period they didn't work

I support the FG in this matter.
"Implement no work no pay" rule.

In civilized countries when you are on strike, your union pays you.
ASUU should pay their members.

If the FG did not drag ASUU to court, Universities would still be on strike.

I don't like Buhari but this is one thing that he has done that gives me thorough satisfaction.

Many students have their rents wasted, Medical students with 6 years to go have a whole one year added to their journeys, traders on campus who majorly generate incomes from the universities have to resort to other means, many students foodstuffs have gone bad and some have their hostels burgled.

Yet, ASUU wants to collect 8 months salaries, very, very, ludicrous.

I hope you are not reasoning from the FG's side only? Because that will be really lope sided of you.

As much as I'm not in support of truce breaking, out lecturers need to behave smarter than the government. There are better ways of pressing ones demand than an industrial action.

You didn't work for eight months why should you be paid? A better way of going about it will have been to teach the students, examine them but don't release their results. This alone will cause a graduation crisis, NYSC crisis, labor market crisis. The students and their guardians will be the once pressing governments neck. As a lecturer you can't be accused of not working.

He didn't solve the problem of education. He further increased it. So sad this is what you're happy about.

This website breeds idiots. Look at the comments here. Attacking ASUU while praising a government that re employed an aide that resigned to pursue political ambitions. Note, this aide was paid all through the month he resigned.
