If you don't know, federal government is number one sponsor of bills in the parliament, some are sent directly while others are sent through members of the house.

The aim of Ojukwu was to build APGA across boards in the East esp. and so that Igbo would be able to stand out in political negotiation table in Nigeria. I'm not being tribal though since power should judiciously rotate between south and north. By the way, I personally voted Buhari in 2015 and still supported Atiku in 2019 even though he didn't win the election.

Mathematical formula is the principle God has given us to survive this earth so that we can give God rest without expecting miracle. Just like the "law of success."
