How many cities in Africa got more than 11 million new settlers in the last 15 years? It is a miracle that Lagos is still coping with the enormous pressure on the infrastructure and services. The number of people who migrated to Lagos in the last five years is bigger than the entire population of some African countries. Lagos is not your mate. |
