Iran already has weapons-grade enriched uranium which is the more technical and time consuming part of making nukes.
The easier part is weaponising already enriched uranium.
Iranian officials have also said several times that they can produce nuclear weapons in weeks if the Ayatollah permits. Assembling it is clearly what they meant.

Iran is currently helping Sri Lanka to build nuclear power plants, it'll be foolhardy for them not to have nukes by now and for us to believe they don't already have it.
