A young man has arrested his landlord, the landlord wife, daughter and son in-law, a day before the landlord son Weds his wife. The said incident happened recently in warri. According to neighbors, the said landlord with his family and the tenant have been having series of arguments about when the rent of the tenant will expire. The tenant claims his rent is suppose to be due by February 13th, but the landlord issued him quit notice at the end of October, and that action of the landlord angered the tenant into arresting the landlord earlier this month, the landlord even paid the sum of 20 thousand naira as damages for harassing the tenant when the quit notice have not even expired. This time the angry tenant reopened the case and have arrested the landlord and some members of his family for contempt of court and he is charging them to court for further prosecution and judgement. Tenant has refused to listen to pleas from neighbors and people around.

It goes two ways. Some people don't agree with building of houses for rentage. This is due to the frictions between some landlords and their tenants. While some landlords are devil's incarnate.
