Just imagine if it was an Igbo man like Ngige Onu Kalu Orji Theodore Orji Kalu or the Peter Obi that were in charge n achieved this feat. No Nigeria will sleep in peace again.

You brought up an intelligent topic. Quite impressive, But ended up tribalizing it. Why do many of u like comparing one tribe to the other? You all want a good leader but u can't do without being tribalistic and religious...Shame on U!!!!

This man should be made the National Treasury Secretary. The position should be created and separated from CBN. That useless Godwin Emefiele has proven that he cannot keep our money, this JAMB Registrar can

Malam Is'aq Oloyede keep making us proud. The ummah, NSCIA is proud of you.

Imagine for the past 40 years, only 52m has been remitted so far unlike 50b of Oloyede in 6 years with lots of reformation.

Those who fear God should always be assigned into public offices.

He is doing wonders because he has the fear of God, not because he is a Muslim. Remember the lifeless terrorist Buhari and Gandollar that stuffed dollars into his Agbada are both Muslims.

Give honour to whom it due, are you saying the population of 40 years back isn't enough to remit up to a bili?

Don't be stup!d

Stop talking like an illiterate

Almost 2 million candidate wrote jamb in 2022, 40 years ago jamb don't even have 250k application

Most top notch universities don't currently have resources to take above 5k students across all courses, and that's even the big school

Now tell me where 2 million will be admitted into, same set will end up writing next year

Listen and learn. When dibu ojerinde was there, the Canditates were more than a million and the charges that time was 5000 or even more if o could recall (which was reduced to 3000 when Oloyede became DG then). All what dibu ojerinde could remit was 500k. THINK ABOUT IT

Malam Is'aq Oloyed is a Malam, former secretary general of The NSCIA.

It's called Mua'lim teacher or learned person. Which Hausa's called Malam

Weldone......Sir. But it's not a Revenue Generating Agency.

Feasting on the young flesh of University admission seekers in the name of revenue generation is EVIL in the sight of God and Man. How many countries in the world are doing joint admission into universities? None.

JAMB was set up mainly to cut down the numbers of Southerners gaining admission into Federal Universities easily than Northerners in the 70s till date.

Gen Murtala conceived the Idea but executed by Gen Obj in 1978. In its operations Southerners are expected to score very high mark before they can be admitted while Northerners with very low score would be admitted into Federal Universities along with uncountable Remedial Schools, IJMB and host of other wuruwuru ways of easy life that littered the Northern educational space

There's nothing like "revenue generating agency". If you have nothing good to say just keep shut.

NNPC issue would take a massive force to overturn the issues there...

In a place where there are too many forces, you would need counter-forces to match strength for strength before they succumb...

The question would then be- who are those within that parastatal who are senior management staff that would stand with him if he's to clean the mess?

So, taxing poor secondary school
students has now become a major
source of income for this shameless government❗️❗️

This year, students were even forced
to pay extra 1k for JAMB to buy fuel
to power generators at exam centres
around the country.

Mr Register Sir, the mandate of Jamb is not to generate revenue for the Govt, but sycophancy won't allow you, doing to please the government at the detriment of young applicants, putting poor parents and applicants into much stress to source for money to buy form, change name, change institution, change course of study. All these, you charge them, which ideally should be free and reduce the cost of Jamb form.

This man doesn't have conscience, he is out to make money for government just to be praised.

Currently, he increased printing of original JAMB result from 1k to 1.5k
As if that's not enough, he made it impossible for JAMB candidates to access their result except they pay 1.5k

Now you can pay 2.5k for change of course/institution as many times as you wish, which is a good thing but why 2.5k

He monetized all JAMB services ranging from regularisation to mention but a few and none is below 2.5k

Please don't compare him with formal JAMB boss.

Hi everyone,
Interesting information coming from the jamb director.

My I humbly ask jamb to reduce the exam fees they charge students since it's obvious they are over charging Nigerians. I don't think jamb should be generating money for the federal government

Good one Prof., but I am of the opinion that Government should not make money from Exams! #50b in the last Six years translate to #8b yearly.

What this mean is that the Poor Parents have been financing the Lifestyle of the Elites in Government who kids don't write your UTME Exams.

Lower the Fees for this exams after all this government still can't point to what they do with your #50b. The AGF even stole #80b recently.

As for the past Register that remitted on #50m in the same period, why have government not procecute him yet? It has been sclose to six years he left.

Jamp should be free and wholly sponsored by federal govt.
