Netanyahu’s office: 1. ISRAEL'S conditions for ending the war have not changed: • To destroy the military and governmental capabilities of Hamas; • release all our abductees; • And make sure that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel. The outline for the release of abductees allows Israel to claim that all of these conditions will be fulfilled before a permanent ceasefire comes into effect. 2. The outline is supposed to lead to the release of all 125 abductees, first a humanitarian phase (with a temporary pause in the fighting for the purpose of freeing dozens of women, adults and humanitarian cases), during which negotiations will be held in order to obtain an agreement for the release of all the other abductees and survivors, and transition to a permanent ceasefire. 3. According to the agreement, ISRAEL will insist that the implementation of the second phase of the outline will begin only after an agreement is reached on the terms of the ceasefire, as stated in the text of the proposal, according to which: "No later than the 16th day, an indirect negotiation will begin between the two parties in order to forge an agreement on the conditions for the implementation of phase 2 of this agreement." 4. According to the agreement, ISRAEL reserves the right to resume fighting at any time, if Hamas violates its obligations in the agreement, including not releasing the number of hostages to be agreed upon, and as ISRAEL gets the impression that the negotiations are fruitless and serve only to gain time. |

Iranian Report: Vaji-Allah Moradi, a high-ranking member of the Revolutionary Guards' Quds Force, passed away in a hospital in northern Iran. His death, attributed to an "undisclosed illness," was announced without additional specifics. New details from the IDF operation in Rafah: 1. The IDF has located more than 10 smuggling tunnels along the Philadelphi Corridor, stretching from Gaza to Egypt. Some of these tunnels have been destroyed, and the IDF is working to ELIMINATE the rest. 2. Joe Biden is right when he says that October 7th cannot come back, simply because that date has passed. In everything else he is bitterly mistaken, if according to him Hamas no longer endangers Israel. After all, his intelligence organizations claimed only two weeks ago that a total of 30 percent of the Hamas army had been eliminated. And just a few weeks ago, an incident occurred, the details of which are prohibited from publication, but which shows that Hamas may still have some not bad and mostly unknown capabilities. Although the IDF has the upper hand and the Gaza terrorist state has suffered a severe blow, almost the entire top of the organization is alive, active and in its eyes victorious simply because it has not been eliminated yet. In addition, hundreds of kilometers of tunnels have not yet been destroyed and Hamas enjoys an extensive supply of resources, including fuel , courtesy of Biden himself by the way. So there is still a lot of work to be done, and woe betide the Israeli captains who will now agree to stop it - Netanyahu, to my understanding, is not among them. The IDF confirms that one of its drones was shot down over southern Lebanon yesterday. It says the drone, reportedly a Hermes 900 model, was hit by a surface-to-air missile while operating in the area. The IDF says the incident is being investigated. It marks the fourth IDF drone to be shot down by Hezbollah over southern Lebanon amid the war. In all, two Hermes 450 drones and two Hermes 900 models have been downed in recent months. The truck that Hezbollah sent to pick up the remains of the drone was attacked and destroyed by the ISRAELI AIR FORCE a short time after the event.
