European countries are more developed and among the first world countries.

They are made up of the same ethnic group in a single country.


For example England is predominantly English

France is predominantly French

Netherlands is predominantly Dutch.


These people have a common language, ancestry and a common goal.


Just look at Nigeria for example where they packed Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Edo, ijaw into one country.


Like we have anything in common.


Imagine a country with Igbo people only, a country with Hausa people only, a country with Yoruba people only.


We don't have to worry which tribe is going to rule or if my ethnic group have senate President or federal appointment or not.


We'll focus on building our ethnic nation. I swear Nigeria must divide. We are not one

That's just my observation about developed and undeveloped country because a country like Nigeria can never developed..

You seemed to have your head in the correct place but the bolded. There is nothing such as "First world countries". I honestly concurred Nigeria should be unconditionally disintegrated.

That the proof that you can't forced people together via a document written to favour a particular group and expect to develop.

Even the ones that managed to be together (Yugoslavia and Czechoslovenia), later broke up. And since they were the last to be on their own, they are the least developed compared to the others

I keep saying our problem is not good leaders, our problem is the 1999 constitution. Even if Peter Obi wins, the way he will be ambushed, his fate will be worse than Jonathan

Even if we can't divide, we can exist as Confederates. But the eternal human problem is sharing of resources, so some group will never let go

You are right but dividing the biggest black nation on earth will be a very bloody herculean task, it would have being easy if other southern ethnic groups supported ojukwu in 1967 when Nigeria was smaller in population,we all knew how it played out so for now lets clamour for restructuring.

Because they are smart enough to understand the consequences of lumping together ethnic groups that have nothing in common. The Europeans have a very long history of tribalistic wars(the bloodiest in the world) against themselves and they learnt alot from it. Only some dumb Africans defend the existence of contraptions like Nigeria that was created by the same Europeans even without our consent... What do we Yorubas have in common with fulanis, ibos or Efiks?? Does it make any sense that a ethnic group has great and large as the Yorubas is divided into several countries and lumped with ethnic groups they have nothing in common with? Majority of the richest and most developed countries in the world are homogeneous or at least have a ethnic majority... The only way we can fix this part of the world is by redrawing the Berlin-Conference-created borders. Nigeria is a crime against humanity. A country set up to destroy Yorubas. We must go our separate ways in peace.

The division of Nigeria remains the best option for us all. We will gradually find our feet after the division. As long as we continue to deceive ourselves thinking Nigeria can be patched, things will continue to get worse.

Nationalism is the only way forward.

Multiculturalism does not promote peace abs progress and it is only beneficial to the wandering Jew who only strives under a weak multicultural and diverse nation hence why Jews are at the forefront promoting multiculturalism and open borders.

Our Igbo and Fulani parasites are fully pro multicultural as through such cacophony of confusion then can they assert themselves and leach on the polity hence why both nationalities are the fiercest prompters of one Nigeria. Dispute it as much as you want but an independent Niger Delta will improvise Northern Nigeria, Niger Republic and Chad immediately. They know this and they are fully in charge of all mechanism that would have made disintegration easy

The major tribes in those countries conquered and unified the remaining tribes. In Africa there are too many tribes and it’s practically impossible. The fulanis could not conquered kanuris and the present day middle belt. The oyo empire conquered dahomey but later lost control after the dahomey defeated them. The yorubas themselves fought a 100 years war where different sub groups were at each others neck . In Nigeria alone there are over 250 tribes . Can the major tribes conquer the rest No

We have fake love for ourselves in this country. The northern part will prefer to live with those northern countries than people of the southern part of Nigeria and you say we are one? The western part and the Eastern part of Nigeria always have funny relationship. A more sustainable method will be to have northern, southern Eastern and western countries. The middle belt or even the southern part can choose to join either any of the northern, eastern or western parts especially if they share similarities in culture and religion. We just love deceiving ourselves just because of the love and long throat of oil/gas money. Always trying to grab everything and oppress others.

It would have been relatively easy had Azikiwe supported the motion moved by Awolowo and his party to include secession clause into the constitution in 1954.
And that is Azikiwe's biggest undoing which his people are still being affected by that singular act.
