All these point to deeper issues prevalent in the country. 1. There are many folks who have been accidentally shot but the case never went to court. And when it did, it was not expedited like this, the process was made so long winded to frustrate the family of the victim. 2. No Police officer, would be happy to be on the streets doing traffic stops on Christmas day? They would have prefered being home doing something else, but where they dont have families or are deeply unhappy or pressures to deliver from "Ogas at the top" the aggression and proclivity for mindless behaviour typical of the NPF would have been heightened on that day.
