Those are not PDP strongholds, those places are OPPOSITION strongholds. They always vote along with the south while other northern states vote along with half of Yoruba land. Mind you, those places are mostly dominated by christians, southern non-indigenes and very enlightenee Nigerians who generally hate to vote along with the Muslim north.
