In order for Africa to become developed as countries where whites live, Africa would have to be ruled by whites. And you don't want that for various reasons. Enjoy your freedom and your societies, customs... that's you. Now alone and free. In addition to Africa, there is also South America and Australia. There were white farmers in Zimbabwe and other countries, so they were killed or expelled. The land was divided among the blacks and there was a general famine. Why?
