I need the house to help in making a decision, taking the point of view of the tenant. would you pay as much as 500,000k for a 2bed room apartment in Iponri housing estate, in surulere(for those that dont know it), well furnished with all the necessary amenities inclusive. Also, how much is the total value you would on rent considering the prime location it is situated.


Your humble opinion would be highly appreciated.

500k for a 2 bedroom in Iponri not even Adeniran Ogunsanya? I would be really really desperate to do that and then would start looking for alternative accommodation. I have a friend that just moved into a 2 bedroom flat with 2 toilets and 1 bathroom off Bode Thomas for N380k x 1 yr. Na wa  for that shylock landlord. Please, just take your time and look harder. I am sure u will see better ones.
