Supreme Court Backing FGN? by AtikuOkowa: 1:25pm On Feb 15, 2023 |
The court postponement came as a shocker and wind blow against Tinubu camp. The Supreme Court seems to have regretted her initial action and wants to write her name in history with a golden pen. There was already a court order against Deadline extension. And CBN is not party in the said case before Supreme Court making it the ball under CBN and FGN feet while Supreme Court is giving more time to FGN to fully implement the matter. 22nd,just few days to election smells not only rat but fishy. It is becoming too late to plan the vote buying with the money stacked as none feels OK to accept liability. Even Supreme Court judged in favour of governors, the FGN would not comply and this will remain the matter of discussion till after election. It is game over for not just APC,but any criminal making Nigerians suffering by looting and storing our money. FGN and other patriotic governors of PDP would keep joining the case and making things complex. No way for FGN and CBN with the back up of some SGFs and Governors to lose. 1 Like |
