She's Not Your Type And Guess What, She's Right! by atheistandproud(m): 11:19am On Feb 18, 2023 |
Let's take three scenarios that are very ubiquitous in our modern day living... Scenario 1 Two high school graduates, male and female, both jobless, probably learning a trade, around 18 years of age. If the guy approaches the girl for a relationship, 7 out of 10 times, the reply would be you're not my type. Scenario 2 Two University students, around the same age, in the same level, maybe even the same department and/or hostel. If the guy makes any overt approaches to the lady for a relationship, he's most likely 8 out of 10 to be rebuffed. Third scenario Two graduates, both B.Sc holders, both hustling after school, living in very modest apartments, both under 30. The same outcome as the first two would most likely play if the guy does seek for a relationship. ---------------------------------------- In all 3 scenarios, they could be very good friends especially for the guys. They could be there and do heaven and earth but as soon as the relationship line is approached...its back to your tents oh Israel. Many guys will surely be wracking their heads, some would even become angry, possibly violent after investing so much into a friendship in the hopes of a future relationship. The rejection most of the time is usually firm. No means No. Why? Why do you think you're not her type? First things first is that you need to understand that men and women are not the same, whether you want to go physical, mental, psychosocial, psychological etc. We think and act very differently because the social pressures and expectations on us are very different. Secondly, you need to understand that many (not all) treat anyone auditioning for their relationship space as a job seeker. You need to match a list of requirements. I stumbled across a quote somewhere that states that men are idealistic in loving, show an average man a little love and watch him melt. Women on the other hand are pragmatists who love wouldn't sway at a certain age. It is a also a fact that women mature way faster mentally meaning that guys are playing catch-up. So whilst you as a man is fumbling towards the woman you like, she on the other hand is assessing you coldly and she has to. Women after a certain age looks at a relationship with economic lenses. Let's assume that you have a hundred Naira note and I have a hundred Naira as well. I then approach you so we can swap notes. Does that make any sense to you? You have a bottle of coke and I have the very same and I approach you for a swap, surely you must think there's something wrong with my coke or with me? When you approach a lady on the same level, she's thinking about what you could do for her that she cannot already do for herself. Most of the time it's a zero sum game and hence they turn you down. Even if a woman wasn't going to think like that, societal and social pressures would force her to. Family: if your sister picked a salary earning teacher of 30K over a banker who earns 5 times that amount, wouldn't you call her crazy? Not to her face but you would. Suitor: as a man, if you were rejected by a lady for someone below your level, wouldn't you question her intelligence? Have many of you not tried to buy women with money and gifts? Thus women carry hypergamy but society (men included) support and prop it up. We keep it alive and thriving. Social media makes it even worse. Many Nigerian women think they're Florence Otedola that can bag a wealthy boxer in their 30s. Many Nigerian men are dreaming of having Davido type of money someday. The statistical chances of that happening is low. There's a reason why Leo DiCaprio will never date over 25 thus no one will ever Amber Heard him. Thus if you both are at the same place when she says she's not on your level, she's actually correct. Don't let woke media deceive you. Men and women want different things. This is why highly successful men don't want highly successful women, what does the lady has that the man doesn't have? Jay Z could have had any A lister but he opted for Beyonce. Because he's got things to offer her, even despite his indiscretions, she stayed. Bill and Hillary Clinton, man was caught cheating but his wife stayed. You definitely don't need money to get a goodlooking woman but you have to position yourself to be one that people are scared to lose. Don't let anyone tell you it's manipulative. It's not. When you exude value, you then get to pick and would not be subject to any feminine games or shit tests. She tests you, she's gone. No take backs. In fact it's a fellow woman that'll shut the door in her face, not you. 26 Likes 8 Shares |

atheistandproud: So true... That is why it is advisable for guys to have something to offer in a relationship, before approaching a girl of a particular standard or level. Before you approach any girl as a guy, first weigh the option by asking yourself some true questions. 10 Likes |

The line you are not my type will continue be in the lips of Nigerian girls until they become evening newspapers and reality sets in. That time, they become humble and start treating every man with respect including male beggars in the street. That time, every man becomes their type including okada men for two reasons. One is to help fucck them once in a while to save their aged pussies from drying out and two, to see if there's a chance of becoming "mrs" and have children before menopause comes knocking. The gender is confused. 6 Likes

So true. Like one of my lecturer once told us, why waste your time investing your emotions and finances in a relationship with your female classmates, when you know that the possibility of she getting married to you is low. 11 Likes |

Zonefree: The way most of you Ikot Ekpene Andrew Tate lambast Nigerian ladies is mind-boggling. You think young Nigerian women are hypergamous? Then, you have not come across young women in other parts of the world. Their hypergamy is on steriods. Unlike in Nigeria, where there are social pressures to marry, these women can decide to remain single for the rest of their lives if they don't see their type[ of partners. I would have posted links of Nikkei Asian Review and New York Times for you to read, but as a notorious alfa meil wailer, I doubt you would understand what is written on any of those newpapers. 3 Likes |

whippersnapper: That's why I said 7 or 8 out of ten meaning that 2 or 3 will probably go and settle down with their mates but these cases are the exception, not the norm. In my department, we were 136 yet we only had 2 couples, that's 4 people out of 136. These are the exception, not the norm. 2 Likes |

I got two questions?? 1. Isn't relationship suppose to be of symbiotic nature?? 2, what did jay z had to offer Beyonce?? From what I can recall they were both A-listers .. |
Re: She's Not Your Type And Guess What, She's Right! by atheistandproud(m): 12:33pm On Feb 19, 2023 |
PrinceofAgoAre: 1. In symbiosis, one party offers something that the other does not have and in return receives something that it needs. There's has to be mutual benefits, as anything less is parasitism. There's no unconditional love anywhere. It's a Disney myth. One that has been used to manipulate men into providing for women and receiving nothing in return. Men encourage this parasitism too. The point of this post is to let men know that women are constantly assessing them and that they too should be very selective and choose based on what will be beneficial to them as opposed to just physical or emotional attraction. 2. In the early 2000s, no. She was not. For reference look at all the fellow members of the defunct Destiny's child. They were young and promising but they've all but disappeared. Beyonce however endured because she teamed up with Jay Z. Her first number 1 top rated single and her solo Grammy came from this partnership and she never looked back. Where's Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland today? But Queen B is still relevant. 2 Likes |
