He later graduated from Ife with a 4.95 cgpa and he didn't get as much as a hand shake from the LGA chairman let alone due recognition from the governor and we are here lauding five B's. SMMFH.

he chap has my kudos. it shows his father is a good and committed teacher. I have seen teachers whose children are block-headed because of their hand-work. even when they give their children all the expo, they still wont pass.

Ok , since you know him so well what did he graduate with ? which course did he study ? what was his o' level result like ( which is even the bone of contention ) ?. Agreed he wasn't the best graduating student for that year and I never said he was , he surely was the best graduating student from his department.
The point I'm still making is this feat isn't so laudable by previous standards ( education has taken the downslopes ).

True, Ahmed Shittu was my set. Extremely smart, but Simeon was the best student in the dept (Chemical Engineering) and the University for the year, and even Simeon did not have a 4.95 GPA.

The most difficult department is still social science, every thing is all about theory/written, you have to write your brain to get average, you hardly see a geography or history student graduating with 4.8 GPA its hard,

I wish i did science, you can get 100 percent. B4 u nail me i did business admin in school n passed out with average mark, but i did A + got 86 percent currently studying for CCNA .

In science 1 + 1 Is always 2 but in social science you might be penalized on your grammar, The guy did not make top 10 in the list he is no 14
