If the winner want to respond to the petition, they also have the right to access the CTC of the electoral materials from same Umpire. Same document will be given to both the petitioner and respondent (winner). So why this needless clash and disturbance of the peace of commuters on Aba Road, PH and peace loving people of Rivers State in general.

Let me explain it to you. PDP rivers state chapter is requesting a JOINT inspection with ApC on their request to inspect election materials.
Now is that difficult or bad?
