Wike is not Dino’s problem…Dino himself happens to be his own problem.
He talks too much, he constantly makes fool of himself, he behaves like a silly 11 yr old that severely lacks home training.


He can never be a governor, even if the position is for free. The man simply doesn’t have the capabilities/ qualities of a serious leader.
