How did the Government arrive at 50 million Nigerians when they have not carried out population cencus in order to get the proper statistics of poor Nigerians on ground. How was a register of poor people computed? What is the breakdown state by state? Do they have bank accounts or are to be given cash? At the end of Six months what's next for them? What cushion is available for small businesses? During APC Buhari presidential election campaign which he promised nigerians that he will make the refineries to start working again but this is 8 years...refeneries are not working...if the refineries were working all this issues about removal of fuel subsidy and 5,000 naira pallatives will not arise.
