I just found out that my e-gold account has been blocked. I do not know what the actual problem is. To loose about 25 dollars just like is not easy.

Can someone help me on how to go about unblocking it via e-gold ltd. I have mailed them but no reply yet. Right now, I can't make or receive payments.
