The above explains his use of derogatory words for all teachers who are not register with them for the sake of revenue generation.

Even if they have best performance in their schools and the results of the students is outstandinh, as long as they are not registered member of his useless organisation, they are unqualified in his mind

You need to verify from the Federal Ministry of Education, which States has the top three highest cut off mark for admission into Federal Government Colleges for the past 15 years, then verify from JAMB which region has the highest number of their indigenes gaining University admissions across Nigeria.....you can go further to check out which state has produced the highest number of medical doctors in Nigeria in the past 10 years.....Data is life. cheesy

First Professor Ajiboye it seems you are turning the TRCN to a private consortium? Why hire a consultant organisation when there were available teachers in Nigeria, what happen to those that have been teaching the teachers before ? .
I do know categorically that teachers in public service do attend seminars ,or you want to turn it into tax consultant.
The government have alot to do as regards private schools, they employ both qualified and unqualified teachers pay them peanuts , how can a school be paying #15000 -30000 to graduate teachers who have educational training ?
Sir what you are saying now is as if those in the TRCN before you are indolent, they are not doing anything I beg find something worthwhile doing to manage the education sector well not politics ,like the politicians will always do at the assumption of office rubbish the system. APC at assumption is casting the blame and woes of Nigeria on PDP government , but what do they do now ,what we have is worse.

I see no reason why students who were able to score atleast 200 in jamb would have majority fail a course and the lecturer would be happy failing them while the school board would see it as an avenue to promote the lecturers.
They are just papery qualified but lack psychology to lead so they use the easy way which is fear.
I'm glad the university environment is changing quickly now.
The lecturers who pride themselves in frustrating students are still there receiving less than 300k salary in this hard economy and less than 5yrs to retirement while they have no tangible investment to hold on to.
They now ~~result~~ resort to receiving bribes from the yahoo students we now have while ridiculing themselves in class cos no body rates them again.
How life evolves.
I was shocked how easy it is my lil cousin was saying it so easy to manipulate result now in his school. Some boys no dey even write exam sef again.
It's that bad now and it happens in 80% of our govt University. How the mighty has fallen.
More than the govt, those heading the education sect needs to be revolutionised.

Most of them use Bsc certificate holders because they think they give their best in contrast to NCE holders who this man thinks are more qualified.
If govt schools use Bsc holders,they will see positive turn around.
Oga,for your information,those private schools teach better and are better in standard than public schools.

SW teachers are result oriented than that of any region in Nigeria.
If SW is 70% then others will be 95% grin

Some people don't understand what the man is saying. This people are pushing for teachers to be registered under Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). To them you are a cheater if you don't have NCE or degree in education. They will not register such a person. While it is a noble idea it will soon be hijacked by strong men that they will eventually create.

most of the professors from the south west Nigeria need to learn to talk publicly. or can we say writers or lournalists quoted them out of context delibrately.

if you must speak publicly then you need to be careful so that your message is not misunderstood.

seventy percent of teachers not registered TCN or need additional traning to be registered by tcn.

if a master's degree holder teaching in a secondary school is not registered with professional teachers council can not imply that such a person is not qualified to teach. if the same person is employed by a university as graduates assistant he must teach new university intake in appropriate subjects without tcn bothering him with council registration.

the young professor need to correct himself asap.
