You guys should stop confusing people please! Atiku who came second and believed to have had his mandate stolen by Tinubu sued Tinubu, while Obi who believes he won the election also sued Tinubu.
But for me, I wish Atiku will step down for Obi and then support him massively to reclaim his (Obi) mandate. That way Obi will win easily and then bring Atiku into his government to serve in a particular capacity.

Tinubu's strategy of winning the elections was focused on stealing majority of Peter Obi's votes. Atiku also stole Obi's votes but the figure is insignificant compared to what Tinubu stole. That's why Obi is suing Tinubu and not Atiku.

Based on a technicality Hope Uzodinma was declared Governor, in this case technically, Labor parry did not field a presidential candidate, LP waiver candidate Peter Obi was not a registered member of the party, & ineligible to contest.

If our judiciary decides to sell justice to the highest bidder, there is nothing I can do about it. I would accept the fact that there is no hope for redemption of Nigeria in the next 8 or more years.
