it has been observed that with all the natural resources in the country more than 50% of her citizens lives below poverty level. why is it like this and what can be done to improve the quality of living in the country? |

Might be something to do with productivity ( both on the part of many of the leaders as well as the general populace) though i'm not sure. Then again you have the high corruption levels, etc etc. |
