According to Npower News, the Npower Publicity Secretary Adeshina A. Adex has said that the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA) replied him in one of his chat and said that he submitted the names of all Npower beneficiaries due for payment to the new Chief Executive Officer of NSIPA Dr Badamasi Lawal.
According to Npower News, Dr. Akindele the former Chief Executive Officer of NSIPA said that the new Chief Executive Officer will have no issue trying to find out which Npower beneficiaries are due for payment because the statistics of all Npower batch c beneficiaries has been submitted to the new Chief Executive Officer.

Adex, announced that the federal government of Nigeria, through the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, plans to launch Npower Batch D in November. He explained that the delay in opening the Batch D application portal is due to pending payments for Batch C beneficiaries. Adeshina noted that the federal government intends to use the current minimum wage to compensate prospective Batch D participants and clarified that applications would be open not only to Batch D applicants but also to those from Batches A, B, and C.

Regarding outstanding payments, Adeshina reported that the payment process is 80-85% complete and that beneficiaries should expect payments soon.

Npower Batch C beneficiaries are currently owed payments for 9 to 12 months, despite having fulfilled their duties at their assigned workplaces. They are pleading with the President to lift the suspension on the Npower program so that they can receive their overdue stipends.
