Federal High Court not state high Court. They can appeal. LP will however need INEC to help them by claiming they got the roster 30 days before primary. The same INEC they are suing at the Tribunal...may we not need to beg the same enemies we are vouched to fight till death do us part o lol

Blame Peter Obi Lol...if he had gone quietly, they would have let all of these slide. I know LP and PDP tried to go after APC using these timelines as well, but APC had documents to show they wrote to INEC and so on. They went after APC before the Election. Imagine Otti losing his mandate after all the buhaha...this would be crazy. PDP will then win Abia State again.

A federal high court can give a verdict over an election that happened in another state by hearing a case that challenges the election results.
The court can rule on the validity of the election and whether or not it was conducted fairly. The court can also order a new election to be held if it finds that the original election was not conducted fairly or is not in line.
Federal is not state. They enjoy nationwide jurisdiction!

Mr law, you also forget that this case is pre-election case... How can one file pre-election case after a winner has been returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Constitution, every pre-election matter shall be filed not later than 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the event, decision or action complained of in the suit2. Section 285(9)

You are an illiterate on legal matters. Any of such cases can be filed at any Federal High Court of the Federation. Go and check the electoral act 2022.
