Vtpass scammed me of 3100naira. I was so shocked after I made 3100naira worth of electricity token from them. But I wasn't given a token ad when I contacted there customer care they said a token will be generated or refunded. Now it is 48hrs no refund no token, I contacted them today. And I was told that I should go to the bank. Pls Nigerian help me out. Here is my evidence.
