AM IN SERIOUS TROUBLE, I CANT STAY 30 MIN WITHOUT TYPING NAIRALAND.COM ON MA BROWSER.

EVEN IF AM ON THE GO, MA BLACKBERRY AND IPHONE 4 ALREADY KNOW ONCE I BRING THEM OUT FROM

MA POCKET THEY AUTO LAUNCH BROWSER AND OPEN NAIRALAND.COM. ITS REALLY GETTING TOO MUCH

IN MA HEAD. I CANT MISS READING THE CRAZY OFF TOPIC REPLIES AND INSULTS, HOW DO I QUIT

Give away your phones,PC and desktop (if you have one)get a nokia torch phone,so the only time you can browse is when you go to a cafe,but beware that even after giving away these things you'll still be cyber cafe addicted but not to worry,by the time you realize you've lost your life's savings to cafes,your problem would have been solved. GOOD LUCK.
