A transaction was conducted with the banking platform making use of their own sim card on the 18th May, 2023, the money was deducted from the account but the transaction failed.

Several emails have been sent to them to rectify the issue. Attached is their reply since the 20th May, 2023 but yet up till now the 30th June, 2023 the money has not been refunded.

The banking platform is the worst, their customer service is extremely terrible; it's nothing to write home about. The banking platforms in Nigeria need to do better.

Let the whole world beware of such a platform.
