I forgot to snap the picture of a soldier torturing a civilian to lay on a drainage fill with dirty water and no one could do anything, they just stood there and watch. He(soldier) said anyone that pleaded on the man's behalf will join him in the drainage. The other day a military officer was brutally beating a bus driver because he mistakenly splashed water on his uniform. Despite the pleading of passer-by and the half dead driver he did not stop until d man collapsed. Are the commanders in the army training this soldiers to be animals and to deal with a civilian mercilessly?
