EC8B ward collation form
EC8C LG forms

The INEC guidelines stated that physical forms EC8A must tally with EC8A on IREV, and where their are disputes, the commission will consult the IREV to clear such disputes.

Again, I know you dont have the brains to follow what's happening at PEPT. However, I will pretend you actually do follow up and you are up to date.

Throughout the hearing, INEC was subpoenaed severally to provide the CTC of the forms EC8A but they refused, and only provided the CTC of the EC8A on IREV. Their reasons not to give LP form EC8A is that LP in its petition are contesting states not PUs.
They readily made available forms EC8D. You cant arrive at EC8D without EC8A. LP is a party that contested the elections, while INEC was a regulator or referee. A CTC from INEC holds more weight in court than whatever EC8A LP's agent has. If INEC cant provide physical CTC of EC8A, and only provided CTC of EC8A from the IREV, then the court will work with the CTC from IREV because it is certified from INEC as a true copy.

By the way, CTC means certified true copy.

Then it's on them to provide the EC8A they used in collation when they opened up their defence. However, they closed their defence without providing the CTCs of the forms.
Truth is those forms are mutilated and distorted when they were trying to rig in APC. INEC cant present them in court, if they do, they outrightly lose the case.

FM 93.7 Benin anchored by one Maxwell played the clip of what this Bayode said 3 days to the elections on channels TV anchored by Chamballen. In that interview, he said the moment elections are concluded and the presiding officer and polling agents sign the form EC8A at the polling unit, it will be snapped and uploaded before being taken to the ward collation centre. If need be, it's the ICT department that will now liase with the service provider. You cannot expose someone who did not partake in a contract to liabilities. INEC has a contract with the aspirants. The aspirants do not have any contract with INEC vendors. Their litigation ends at INEC doorstep.

Whether na CIA, FBI or Amazon server get glitch, it doesn't matter. You should know that there is a limit to jurisdiction. The courts do not have any powers over Amazon, since there was no contract between Amazon and the aspirants or candidates. This is why the constitution gives INEC the freedom to choose whatever way they want to transmit results. Either electronically or manually because no external force can hold our elections to ransom

Read and understand,the blurred picture was downloaded from IREV, and according to the law the physical and the one on the IREV must tally.

If they don't tally,how did they arrive at the result they announced?
