EFCC started the useless job when Ribadu was the head. Ribadu was the most lawless and clueless EFFC chairman, who was used to attack every known political opponent of Obasanjo, to the extent of being used to decide who wins an election. His record at EFCC was poor, but hyped because he found a way to make himself close to people like Falana and late Gani Fawehinmi

No! This case is that case of freeing people who have been stealing our patrimony with impunity.
We always complain of corruption by government officials and politicians, but each time attempt is made to deal with this issue, the same us, who are victims of these nefarious public servants will support them in one way or the other by denigrating the effort of the anti crime agencies.
Judiciary is one of the biggest problems in attempt to reduce corruption in our society.

With his release now Nigeria is not a zoo nation and his detection is unjust to some people. What I am trying to say here is we should not be tribalistic in anyway if something is not proper we fight it together.

This is the fault of efcc and not the court. A person will steal billions and efcc will try him under the law that if the person is convicted, he will pay a fine Ngn4000 or a jail term of 2 weeks. The case of Orjir Kalu comes to mind. The trial judge in the case of efcc v Orjir Kalu was promoted to the Appeal court and instead of the efcc to request the chief of the federal high court to assign the case to another judge, efcc continued with trial despite the fact Justice Ahmed Mohammed Kutigi was promoted to the Appeal court. The supreme quashed the conviction bc it was a wrong judge that tried Orjir Kalu and the case should be assigned to another federal high court judge. Since then, una hear anything concerning the case. The court is not a father Christmas.

The judgement can be compared to when orji Kalu was released.
It's purely because he joined apc.

There should be a law that if 5 of your case get overturned by a higher court in 10 years you would be removed as a judge
