The buses are for media optics. They are not brand new. It strike me as those buses that were used in organising the 17th sport festival during Amaechi's tenure.

You will recall that during Amaechi and Wike's tenure an assortment of buses were packed outside that car pack adjacent the entrance to Brick House. Suspecting it is the buses that were rolled out for this scheme.
