We are a prestigious manufacturing company based in Nigeria and are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician/Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a Technician/Maintenance Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing operations by overseeing regular maintenance and repair activities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of our manufacturing equipment to identify any potential malfunctions or issues promptly
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical problems in a timely manner
- Adhere to maintenance schedules and ensure that all necessary tasks are performed within the provided timeframe
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to implement best practices for equipment maintenance and reduce downtime
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and scheduled maintenance tasks
- May be required to train and mentor junior technicians or maintenance staff members
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High National diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is preferred
- Proven experience as a technician or maintenance professional in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems and equipment commonly used in the manufacturing industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends, if required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria
