9japride: Let me tell you what some of you people don't know about UGM, people from other regions now see it like let them continue to kill themselves, when they are done, they should let us know Things una supposed to be worried about or do something about, una go busy dey do whataboutism. Is SE competing with Northern region in terms of insecurity? Is Boko Haram activities in Southern part of the country? helinues: I will upport the protest. We should stop seeing these politicians as perfect people. They are bond to make mistakes and they should be called out when they act funny. Peter Obi is someone who will listen to the masses and sound intellectuals. Nothing concern hardship with politicians, they are all doing fine. So why should I even bother myself about them? I made a statement about lack of credit facilities in the country. If it was available, a lot of people can be buying things and pay in installments. With that, they won't really feel the effect of most government policies. What can 30k in month achieve? My issue with you is that you see politicians as people that can never make mistakes. To you, they are perfect. Not forgetting these politicians are gotten from the messed up society. |

helinues: The UGM has political undertone. In addition, criminals and cultists use it to settle scores. The security situation in the south east is far better than the north. Why are you guys not talking about the various security challenges in Niger state, Zamfara, etc? Why always south east? I see most media attacks on south east as religious thing. Those who practice religion of conquest are not happy with south east. They see them as the only hindrance to their aim in colonizing the whole country with their religious belief. 1 Like |

9japride: Whether UGM activities have political or biology tone, the question is how did you people allow such to happen? The last end sars protest gave birth to UGM cos those release criminals across SE are the one masquerading as UGM. Abi, were they provided with a job in shell, banks or Dangote factory after being released? Do you think it's only sit at home the UGM are doing ? They need money to run their operations which robbery and kidnapping is the next option which have been underreported. How did SW, SS avert the aftermath of end sars protest that SE can't? Sebi you are educated, how would it sound if a foreigner asked you what's the meaning of UGM and their aims. Make una shun all this blame games and put your house in order 2 Likes 1 Share |

helinues: South east matter is political. It can be stopped by the government if they are ready to fight that nonsense thing called UGM. It will be nice if every region manage themselves and no influence from Abuja. The issue of UGM will just disappear. 1 Like |

helinues: Anyways, 9ja matter is very complicated due to the insincerity of those in leadership positions. A lot of people carry their street messed up mentality into government and we expect things to be done properly? It's not possible. So much injustice in the land. Boko haram started as a resulting of killing their founder. And the whole system was eventually hijacked by criminally minded fellows and later politicalized. |

Let them protest if they don't want to give president Tinubu time to build his own economy, as long as they don't damage anything in Yorubaland like they did during Endsars. I hope president Tinubu reinstates the constitution soon so every region can control and start using its resources for its people rather than waiting on Abuja all the time, and the freeloaders can finally appreciate the handouts they've been getting all along. helinues: 1 Like |

Are they destroying their own stuff over there? Since you have been running crazy in igboland, did you see anyone saying anything? This is about people who want to use this to destroy Yorubaland like you did during Endsars. If the country becomes too lawless, there will be all kind of peace keepers invited in to help divide Nigeria. So plan your madness well and keep it in igboland, whatever happens, it's a win-win for Yoruba. kettykings: |

helinues: Can you suggest how to protest online? I am sure you will not say the same thing if Jonathan were the president. Even Tinubu himself protested in the past and now you do not want people to protest misrule and injustice. If it was ok for Tinubu and Buhari to protest in the past, why can't people be allowed to protest and air their dissatisfactions in public. Tribalism ti je ori e oremi. |

helinues:2012. Government should block the loopholes and cut the cost of governance. Fight corruption. Why should customs allow petrol to be smuggled out of the country and but have energy to ban importation of rice? Answer- corruption. |

Re: Again, Those Planning A Protest Should Shun The Idea by ycat: 3:38am On Jul 27, 2023 |
Yoruba didn't protest in your region, so you can't in our own especially when we saw what you did during Endsars. President Tinubu should make executive order banning protest in Lagos because igbos will use it to destroy Lagos again like they did in 2020. Go and protest in your region and do it for 40 years, we won't even know. naijaboy756: |

If you are lording over anything other than your sofa, you won't be as obsessed with Yoruba as you are. Igbos are people who won't be notice if not for your constant cry for attention. You are like a filler, you add no values to even yourselves let alone others. Novarisammy2: |
