The Nigeria Labour Congress is widely believed to be acting the script written by the opposition.

NLC and the Labour Party are a pair of Siamese twins. Why the call for an industrial action now when there's a subsisting court order that the status quo must be maintained. This is because these people want to create a situation of unrest because their party has lost out at the Election tribunal. If the opposition had taken same position would these compromised labour people call for a Nationwide strike? Will they contempt the court because they are acting a comedy script?

NLC are nothing but a bunch of skit makers trying to be relevant at a crucial time like this. Where in the appropriation was provision made for PMS subsidy?

No doubt these toothless bulldogs are playing to the gallery by trying the resolve of the government to circumvent a restraining court order. The rule of law must be obeyed. NLC cannot inflict more pains on Nigerians knowing fully well that this is a new government of less than six months. An exercise in futility.

Who will eventually benefit from the government salary increase to cushon the effects of the subsidy removal? The civil servants of course. So, what happens to people not on government pay roll? This is a mere losers game and we can't join NLC on this strike. I know the obidients and their likes are warming up for this gullible ride.

There's nothing that will unseat this government. The opposition are merely playing a loser lose all game. Providence has never been on their sides. We strongly believe in a better Nigeria. Nigeria shall be great again.

Propaganda don start... na this one go put food on your table?

NLC has proposed certain things to the federal government concerning the welfare of Nigerians which includes salary increase, minimum wage increase, subsidy removal review, etc. and the government has kept a deaf ear to them, instead they started making promises, even the promised palliatives are no where in sight other than mouth promises and asking people to be patient while nothing is actually going on to curtail the hardship. Some of you posting here, your own is good because your parents put food on your table.

Businessmen like us and workers are the ones experiencing the hit of inflation, and something needs to be done about it.

is it today NLC have been going on strike? Everybody knows that once u tamper with the price of fuel in Nigeria the NLC must come out and say they want to go on strike so it has nothing to do with the opposition party.
