Even though Obi and Atiku split the votes they'd have gotten if they had worked together, Tinubu didn't win the election. Tibubu didn't win. It is the turn of the south in 2023 till 2027. Infact, Atiku's best chance was in 2019 and he has lost it. Atiku contesting in 2023,ruined the chance of the PDP. They should have zoned the ticket to the south and infact microzone it to the SouthEast because they are the only zone from the south that haven't produced a president despite voting for the PDP

In 2023,It was the turn of the south after the North has produced an 8year president.

Infact the 19 southern Govornors both PDP and APC did a meeting in Delta state asking that both PDP and APC zone their ticket to the south. But the PDP no hear. The Person that hosted them, Okowa abi epon wa wey him call himself later became the VP candidate to Atiku.

If it has been only Atiku and Tinubu on the ticket, Tinubu would have won because most people would have voted for a sick Tinubu as long as he is a southerner and those of us that didn't want to vote for either of them would have stayed away from the polls.

But Obi coming into the race made it sweeter. Those of us that wanted to stay away,saw a candidate we could vote for which we voted for.

If the PDP wants to win 2027,They better give Obi their ticket and use kwankwso as vice. That is their best bet. If atiku contests he will still lose.

If it returns to the North 2031,he can contest for the slot of the North.

Atiku won't relent on his presidency bid till death. Who else can give Tinubu a run for his money in 2027 except Atiku. He's sure of picking PDP's ticket for the next election. As for Obi, he can never wín

Yes Obi won in the South Eastern Nigeria and some Southwest states! Never has he won the Northern States and some Southwest regions; and election is determined by majority, hence comes the North
