We are hardly done with the Big Brother Naija tribalism saga and another accusation of tribalism is already rearing it's ugly head.

I guess it's the turns of the Yorubas to be on the receiving end after 8 years of the Hausa/Fulani. grin

On a more serious note, People should always try and seperate their emotions from politics as it can encroach negatively into other aspects of their lives.

All the SE actors and actresses live in Lekki, which movie do you want them to do and where? Iboland is a no-go area.

It's really a hard time being an igboman

Your biggest Rival is beating you blue black in every aspect of life......and there's really nothing you can do than beat your chest and grandstand.

Chai. This life no balance

While the whole igbo tribe is desperately pushing one of theirs to become President unsucessfully...... This is the second yorubaman to be president in just a space of 20years .... That's even when Starboy PYO just finished as Vice president of 8 years...if I be igbo....I won't like it too

Igbos just give up already...... YORUBA NO BE YOUR MATE

They are just too clueless and naive, they cover their shortcomings, and collective regional and cultural failure with tribalism.

As far as NETFLIX is concerned, it's all about business and return on investment, they opened up NETFLIX in Nigeria to tap into the mega Nollywood landscape to make money and establish their presence and fend off Amazone PRIME.

Fast forward, they quickly realized that Yoruba producers, actors, and directors are not only talented, but they are also creative, more serious, strongly consistent, dedicated and very proud of their rich Yoruba heritage and culture.

On top of all that, they look at the stats and obviously noticed the global influence and acceptance of Yoruba movies, as we speak, JagunJagun is Top 10 is a lot of countries around the world, this is not only promoting Yoruba culture, rich stories and history but also showcasing NETFLIX as a broad and global brand with extensive cultural reach around the world.

It's a win win situation for Nollywood, Yoruba story writers and directors, and NETFLIX and it has nothing to do with tribe, it's all about business.

Yoruba movies and songs are globally accepted and Top 10 in a lot of countries where people don't speak or understand Yoruba so it's totally ridiculous when Nigerians here in Nigeria complain about the Yoruba language in movies and songs.

Right now, a Yoruba movie poster is the face of NETFLIX Nigeria on Twitter and they are even proud to let us know that more Yoruba wonderful Yoruba movies are coming up.

Is NETFLIX tribal? No.

...besides, Yoruba is Nigeria's unofficial National Language, it's in your best interest t learn Yoruba language instead of complaining

Yoruba existence is the biggest threat and fear in igbos lives, after everything Yoruba have done for them. This is why their region will never be livable for them and they will continue to depend on other people's regions to thrive.

Igbos have forgotten that no matter how long it takes water will always find its level. Yoruba language in comparison to igbo language are like a great great grand father and a 5 years old, they are not mates in every way, shape or form. At least 25% of what igbo speak are Yoruba, especially food. Come on! We created a culture and religion that the world is marvelled by, so in what way are igbos our contemporaries?

They have copied everything Yoruba, we didn't complain, now we can't even speak our language or use our Blessed language to make movies.

The day Yoruba start to really hold their own down is the day igbos die of mass suicides, since they can't bear to see us do anything.

Igbos obsession with Yoruba is out of this world insane.

How are we igbos rival?
Igbos are toddlers where Yoruba are!

Nigeria is forcing every tribe to be equal but you can't stop a wave or put even a dead elephant in the same size bag you would put a live wolf in.

Yoruba even at 10 percent full are not igbos mates. Nigeria has just been dealing with Yoruba left, right and center.

Why I like IGBOs...Dem no be your mate in everything positive. No be child's play. As regards Netflix...

The actress has become Nollywood's first billionaire as Netflix buys Lion Heart for N1,385,100,000($3.8 million).

NO YORUBA FILM HAS THAT ACCOLADE AND VIRWERSHIP.

NO YORUBA FILM IS GREATER THAN THINGS FALL APART....

So keep punching..but you are not connecting, you are just punching AIR. IGBOs are your bosses.. FACTs grin

Igbos don't need to tell us anything, just leave us alone, or is that too much to ask?

We don't care what you do if not directed at us, just face your lives and let Yoruba be.

Nonsense yada yada yada all over again.

All your mates are thinking about life and future, all igbos think about is Yoruba, you people are psychologically screwed up.

I tell ya OP.
Seyi and laycon were accused of being tribalist, yet Seyi was part of Peter Obi's campaign council.

The big brother tribalism issue was crazy. They were crying tribalism until people started posting that majority of the members of the house were actually ibos. Then they scuffled off like rats and cockroaches. The victim mentality don turn to endemic amongst ibos.
